1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Chuy's Next Level Plumbing LLC website and your engagement of our plumbing services. By using this website or requesting service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Our Services
Chuy's Next Level Plumbing LLC provides residential and light commercial plumbing services, including emergency plumbing, water heater repair & replacement, drain cleaning, leak detection, sewer line repair, whole home repipes, plumbing remodels, fixture installation. Service availability depends on location, scheduling and the nature of the work.
3. Estimates and Pricing
We provide estimates before work begins. An estimate is based on the information available at the time and on what is visible during inspection. If we find conditions that were not visible, we will stop, explain what we found, and give you a revised price before continuing.
You will always be told the price before work starts, and you are free to decline.
4. Scheduling and Access
Appointment windows are estimates, not guarantees. Emergency calls, traffic and job complexity can move them; we will keep you informed if a time changes.
You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the work area, to secure pets, and to ensure someone 18 or older is present where required. We may suspend work if unsafe conditions exist.
5. Payment
Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept cash, check and all major credit and debit cards. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection costs permitted by law.
6. SMS Program Terms
Program description
Chuy's Next Level Plumbing LLC operates a text messaging program for customers and prospective customers who opt in. It is used to confirm and manage service appointments, send technician dispatch and arrival updates, deliver estimates and follow-ups, and answer questions. A separate, optional marketing program sends occasional promotions and special offers.
How to join
Opt in by ticking the consent checkbox on our booking page, by texting QUOTE to (951) 426-3888, or by giving us your mobile number and permission during a phone call. The consent checkbox is never pre-ticked, and service messaging and marketing messaging are separate opt-ins.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can hire us and receive service without ever agreeing to receive text messages.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your activity with us — for example how many appointments you book. Most customers receive between 2 and 10 messages per service visit. Marketing messages, if you opt in to them, are sent no more than 4 times per month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Chuy's Next Level Plumbing LLC does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may, depending on your plan.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a single confirmation message and then no further texts. To rejoin, opt in again using any of the methods above.

Supported carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on effective transmission from your network operator and cannot be guaranteed.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder — or have the account holder's permission — for the mobile number you provide.
Privacy
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. No mobile information will be sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
7. Workmanship
We stand behind the work we perform. Manufacturer warranties on installed equipment are provided by the manufacturer and passed through to you.
Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by misuse, neglect, alterations by others, or pre-existing conditions outside the scope of the work performed.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost income or damage arising from pre-existing conditions we were not engaged to inspect or repair.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law.
9. Website Use
The content on this site is provided for general information and does not constitute professional advice for your specific situation. We work to keep it accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or current. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, images, photographs of our work, logos and design — is owned by Chuy's Next Level Plumbing LLC or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without written consent.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site or our services after a change means you accept the revised terms.
